There are sunsets and then there are the ones you never forget. This was one of those. The sky over Rossbeigh that evening arranged itself into lines so precise and so vivid that it felt less like nature and more like a painting. I was on my Ring of Kerry journey and I had seen beautiful light all day — but this stopped everything. I stood and watched for a long time before I even thought about the camera.
